Biological surveys in Hofstad river, Stjørdal

Norges Vassdrags- og Energidirektorat (NVE) (the Norwegian water resources and energy directorate)

Carrying out biodiversity surveys in and along Hofstad river with the main focus on the re-establishment of aquatic fauna, i.e. fish and benthos (the river mussels were moved before the measure and put back again), terrestrial plant fauna (moss, vascular plants and low), as well as ornithological assessment. The project is a 3-year R&D project managed by NVE and the surveys must be carried out under relatively equal and good conditions from year to year.
320 000 NOK excluding VAT has been put aside each year for three years for the entire project. The tenders shall be based on a fixed price per topic per annum:
Birds– 75 000 NOK excluding VAT.
Fish — 95 000 NOK excluding VAT.
Plant life — 55 000 NOK excluding VAT.
Benthos — 95 000 NOK excluding VAT.
All costs shall be included in the tender, i.e. field work, travel/diet, analyses, hire of equipment, report writing, meetings (up to 3 meetings per annum).
NVE reserves the right to adjust the price distribution between the topics within the limit of 320 000 NOK excluding VAT.
Option for submitting tenders for lots.
There shall be no opportunity to submit alternative Tenders.
