An EPiServer maintenance agreement and consultancy service

The Contracting Authority shall enter into two separate agreements with one service provider for the following:
1. A Maintenance agreement that shall ensure the Customer the required user support and operational security. The maintenance agreement shall include the current EPiServer installations with accompanying integrations and third-party systems, at present ImageVault, SiteSeeker, EPIFind and Apsis. New third-party systems can be added during the agreement period.
2. A Consultancy agreement which includes consultancy services, more precisely, peak competence in developing the Norwegian Mapping Authority's systems installed in the publication tools: EPiServer, EPiServer operational environment, and relevant additional functionality, including systems using ImageVault, SiteSeeker, EPIFind and Apsis.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option

The agreement will be automatically prolonged for 1 (one) year at the time, up to 4 times. The maximum contract period is up to 6 years.

Termination of contract:

Each parties can terminate the agreement with 6 (six) months' notice.

The termination of contract must be made in writing to the contact person stated on the front-page of the agreement.

The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement:

— Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.

The tenderer shall document that the enterprise is legally established.

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

— A credit evaluation/rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution, not older than six months, shall be enclosed with the tender.

If for valid reasons the tenderers are unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderers may prove their economic and financial standing with any other documents that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.

Documentation requirement:

* The service provider shall attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last three years, including information on the value, time and contracting authority. Certificates issued or verified by the Contracting Authority can be attached.

The invoicing shall be in monthly arrears.

The invoice shall be sent electronically as eInvoice in accordance with the Electronic Trading format (EHF) The customer is connected to access points with business registration number 971 040 238. Invoices delivered by e-mail and/or in pdf-format are not accepted.

Payment shall be made 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of an invoice, by the 3rd workday each month.
