The value is however difficult to estimate, c.f. below.Historical figures from the last year shows that the Contracting Authority has procured standardised courses for approx. 900 000 NOK per annum.The purchase of consultancy services related to training has the recent year amounted to approx. 2 700 000 NOK — 3 500 000 NOK.The estimated agreement value is based on the current consumption and agreements. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The call-offs in the contract can, therefore, be both more or less than the estimate given in the tender documents. The call-offs against the framework agreements are i.a. dependent of the ministries' requirements, sourcing strategy in DSS, and fundings.10 000 00040 000 000
