Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate.
Ethical self-declaration for tenderers. Documentation requirement: Enclose confirmation that you as the tenderer are aware of and satisfy the requirements in the declaration. Use the attached template.
The tenderer's tax and VAT payments shall be in order. Documentation requirement: — Certificate for tax and VAT; — Information about the tax certificates can be found at: www.skatteetaten.no — The certificate can be ordered and collect from Altinn at: www.altinn.no and must not be more than 6 months old.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have a healthy economy and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The credit rating should be good or better.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have enough capacity, manpower and competence to cover FFI's need. Documentation requirement: Overview of the company's organisation, manpower, competence, etc. If needed, the tenderer must be able to provide a minimum of 2 installers for the use of FFI.

The tenderer's employees who shall work with FFI must be or must be able to be cleared for work in The Armed Forces. Documentation requirement: List of names and person numbers of the offered personnel who have or need security clearance of confidential or higher. We would also like a list of relevant case manager(s)/project manager(s) and general manager. A sufficient number of employees in order to fulfil the obligations of the agreement, must, in connection with possible start-up of agreement be security cleared within a reasonable time. Additional information: Norwegian citizens, or people living in Norway for 10 years or more, will normally be security cleared within 2 months. People from other countries will normally need 8 months or more to be security cleared on necessary level. The same also applies for hired in personnel. Also see Annex 6.

The furniture must not be manufactured from trees from tropical rainforest or plantations such as mahogany, teak or similar. Hereunder also FSC certified products or equivalent. Documentation requirement: Signed declaration that the requirement shall be met.
