Ytteren primary school shall be built as a primary school with places for 360 students, and is planned as a ‘base school’. The area is approximately 5 150 m2 GFA over 2 floors plus basement.Building category: Risk classification 3, Fire classification 1, Fire alarm system 2 for school building.For the ground works enterprise classification 3 is required, based on the major filling.The load-bearing system is primarily of steel and concrete rivets with hollow-core slabs as the floor dividers.Climate shell in framework with external sheet cladding.Internal walls built as timber/steel stud walls.The roof shall be delivered as self supporting prefabricated roof elements with sheathing paper.Also please note the following conditions:— demolition of existing housing 131/719.— outdoor area shall be prepared according to the approved zoning plan:‘8059 — Area Ytteren stadium including new primary school’(includes construction of a new exit road from Langdalen, and construction of a new car park between the primary school and sports ground.).
