The typical need over a 4 year period is approx. 6 UHPLC-MSMS instruments. This includes a 2 year guarantee with PM, a 2 year full service contract, an option for service contracts for 3 years, instrument licences and user licences for up to 50 users as well as the provision of training services. In addition there can be a need for upgrades and changes to existing instruments through the procurement of individual components. Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. *Foreign suppliers: Confirmation that the supplier is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the supplier is established.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation:
— A credit assessment that is not more than six months old when calculated from the tender deadline, from an approved credit rating institution. The credit rating must contain key figures from the company's last two financial years. See also comments below

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirements:
Suppliers shall have sufficient capacity and competence to provide the services/maintenance.
Documentation: For tenders for instruments:
Describe the supplier's service organisation related to the offered instruments. The capacity and competence shall be described with the number of available service technicians and dedicated application specialists with relevant competence. Give an overview of application specialists and service technicians.

The tender for software:
Give a description of the supplier's organisation for the offered software. The capacity and competence shall be described with the number of available resources with relevant competence.
Requirement:
Suppliers shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract, including experience from at least five similar deliveries of equivalent instruments during the last three years.
Documentation: Suppliers shall enclose an overview of relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, which shall as a minimum include:
— Brief description of the delivery.
— Date of execution.
— Extent of the delivery (number and type of instruments)
— Name, and telephone number for the reference person at the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
Suppliers shall have satisfactory routines for quality assurance adapted to the services that shall be provided.
Documentation: A brief description of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for carrying out this contract.
Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002
Instead of attestation, other verifiable quality control systems are acceptable where relevant procedures, certificates and deviation, improvement etc. are documented.
