NTNU is planning to buy a superconducting nanowire single-photon detection system. NTNU has a fixed budget. The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to make budgetary reservations. The total cost of the offer of equipment and services should not exceed NOK 3 million (including VAT). Procurement of a GC-MS/MS-analysis instrument for the Customs laboratory (Tolldirektoratet)
In order to strengthen border control against the ever increasing amount of synthetic narcotics that are ordered over the internet and sent by post, new laboratory equipment shall be procured.
