The hire of 1-2 construction managers, railway engineering, contact line

The contract includes the hire of 1-2 construction managers contact line (railway engineering) to the Jernbaneverket's project Farriseidet-Porsgrunn.
— The assignments are geographically situated in Larvik.
— The assignment is to be initiated ASAP. The contract period is 2 years with option for prolongation of 1+1 year.
— Place of work: On the section Larvik-Porsgrunn, in accordance with agreement.
— Estimated work load: 100 % per position.
— Main tasks/work tasks:
— Primary responsibility for following up classification works in railway technical contracts.
— Make sure that adaptations are made prior to start of works, and that it is clarified which alterations and preparatory works are considered necessary to execute.
— Responsible for evaluation and qualification of project material. This includes i.a. co-ordination of contractors and deliveries against Jernbaneverket's framework agreements.
— Supervise the execution of contracts/framework agreements in relation to time schedules, costs and specifications.
— Verify the contractor's quality documentation, progress reports and invoicing.
— Assist the project manager in contractual follow- up of alterations and non-conformance management, interpretations of contracts, etc.
In addition to the above listed work tasks/areas of responsibility/main tasks, the manager can impose work tasks that logically belong under the discipline.
