Oslo and Akerhus University College (HiOA) wish to procure a framework agreement with a provider of provisioning of video conferencing and consulting services for the employment of such. HiOA need to integrate 3 campuses, as well as provide scaffolding for collaborations with external partners in the region. In these collaborations, strategic use of ICT is important to implement flexible forms of work, study, and assessment. Use of technology shall increase quality in and learning outcomes from courses, increase and accelerate efforts in both research and study, as well as ensuring academic and administrative resources are efficient and effective. HiOA currently use Cisco codecs that support both H.323 and SIP. Future services and provisioning must support these and ensure point-to-point communication between them. HiOA has estimated the value of this tender to be between NKR 500 000 and 1 000 000 ex. vat per year. This is a non-binding estimate. The amount may increase or decrease, and may vary year over year.
