New Campus Kalvskinnet consists of a new building, ‘Teknologibygget’ (CK 1) and rehabilitation and new construction in EC Dahl Quarter (CK2). CK1 is built for technology education and holds a total of 15, 000 square meters and about 420 rooms. The building consists of employee spaces, university classrooms and labs and student spaces. In addition, common canteen for the entire Campus Kalvskinnet and service centre for students and visitors. CK2 is built for teacher and interpreter education. Building houses about 14 500 square meters and consists of about 350 rooms; employee spaces, teaching spaces, library and student spaces. The procurement includes furniture for CK1 that within these groups, and options for supplementing the purchase and delivery of CK2 as described in the tender documents:
1 — Office Furniture.
2 — Furniture for common areas and social zones.
3 — Chairs.
4 — Plate furniture which are not part of group 1.
5 — Wardrobes and wall-mounted shelves.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Certificate for tax and VAT issued by the tax office. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline.
The requirement is only mandatory for Norwegian suppliers, but international suppliers are encouraged to submit similar documentation.
Company registration certificate or similar documentation showing that the supplier is registered in a trade register in his homeland.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial position should be documented with the following information:
1. Approved annual report and auditor's report for three last years and any recent information of relevance.
2. The solvency evaluation from a business with a license to operate a credit information. The assessment must not be older than 3 months from the deadline, based on latest available figures and should provide information on creditworthiness and degree of risk of bankruptcy.

If the Contractor has valid reasons not to submit the requested documentation, the guarantee from the parent company that meets the eligibility requirements, or alternative documentation in the form of, for example declaration of the auditor, which is adequate to fulfill the documentation requirement could be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Description of the supplier delivery organization; personnel and devices provider can use for fulfilment of the contract, including but not limited to, project management, logistics and assembly. It should be specified what resources (number of employees and indication of relevant expertise) belonging to the supplier and which may belong to other companies. If the supplier support on other companies capacity to fulfill contractual obligations, shall specify the proportion of the contract the supplier intends to use subcontractors. It is expected that the main supplier will represent the main part of the delivery. Liability statement from relevant subcontractors shall be submitted.

Documentation of the most important deliveries in the last three years that is relevant and comparable in relation to the description of the subject of the procurement and scope. The documentation shall be for each delivery stated:
— customer name and contact information,
— supplied products and services,
— scope of supply, value and duration,
— brief description of why the supplier considers the reference as relevant to the present procurement.
Description of the supplier's quality system and how this is implemented in the business. Alternatively, a copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation for operations submitted.
Description of the relevant environmental management measures vendor applies, and systems for monitoring of the business climate / environmental impact, including:
— Monitoring and influencing manufacturers’ environmental impact,
— Waste,
— Vehicles and logistics,
— Chemical consumption and management,
— Membership in return schemes,
— Environmental reporting.
Any relevant certifications shall be documented. If the procedures are described in the company quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001, Eco or equivalent 3rd party-verified systems, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate stating where this is described.
