LYOGOC 2016 (Youth Olympics) shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of rental barracks. The barracks shall be used during the Youth Olympics for waxing and speaker huts and offices. There will be a need for barracks, mobile barracks on wheels and containers. In addition there will be a need for temporary toilet systems.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
As a minimum requirement, the tenderer must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations or liquidation or have suspended activity. Furthermore, the required credit rating from Soliditet is a minimum score of three (obtained by the Contracting Authority). For companies without a rating in the Soliditet database, the Contracting Authority will consider the accounting figures in the database and, if necessary, obtain external assistance to assess the tenderer's economical and financial position.

Experience and expertise:
Experience and good references from corresponding deliveries with associated services is required.
Documentation requirements: the tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past 3 years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). The references will only be contacted if necessary. Tenderers shall describe their internal control systems and routines for calculating constructions.

Insurance:
Tenderers are required to have insurance that covers the liability that exists in the provision of the assignments included in the tender.
Documentation requirement: Suppliers shall send a copy or other confirmation that such insurance is or will be taken out and be valid from the start-up date. The documentation shall be enclosed with the contract.
