Brønnøysundregistrene (The Brønnøysund Register Centre)

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a three year contract regarding procurement of dealer services for Power Systems' server equipment from IBM. The contract shall cover the purchase of machinery with associated software, associated support and maintenance services and other services the dealer can offer.
The contract, with existing terms, shall have an unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register centre to prolong the agreement with a further ione + one +one year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— A tax and VAT certificate (not more than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders)
— A HSE self-declaration (annex 2)
— The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall obtain the company certificate from the Company Register. Foreign tenderers must attach certificate that prove they are a legally established company and that they are registered in the professional registered as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Accounts with notes, including any new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures. If the tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual financial statement, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers.

The tenderer is required to have satisfactory economic and financial ability to carry out the agreement. The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial strength set up against the procurement's total value and contract length will be central in this assessment.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— An overview of the tenderer's most important contracts in the last three years. This must specify the content of the contract, value, length and the name of the contracting authority. The template, annex 3 must be used.
— Statement of number of persons at the tenderer who work daily with assignments connected to the services included in this competition. The overview of the number of persons shall be divided between number of years of relevant work experience. The template, annex 4 must be used.
