NRK (the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) invites interested tenderers to participate in an open tender contest where the purpose is to enter into a framework agreement with consultants within personal career consultancy (basic and extended), pension and economy.
In connection with readjustment processes, NRK would like to enter into framework agreement(s) involving consultancy services related to individual and basic consultancy for employees, for the following competence areas:
Basic career consultancy,
Extended career consultancy,
Personal pension consultancy,
Personal financial consultancy.
In order to be selected as a service provider, the service provider must have consultants that can verify considerable experience in 1 or several of the specified competence areas; career consultancy, pension and financial consultancy. The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 1 or several of the requested professional areas.
The contract for procurement of the consultancy service will be for two years from when the contract is signed, with an option for the contracting authority to prolong the contract for a further 1 + 1 year.

The Service provider shall confirm that the company fulfils legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety (HSE). HSE self-declaration stating that the service provider fulfils, or will fulfil upon award of contract, legal requirements in Norway within HSE. The service provider shall be a legally registered company. Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the Service provider is registered in a trade register in his home country.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The service provider must have sufficient economic and financial standing. Economic and financial standing shall be documented with the following information:

— Last approved Annual Financial Statement with Annual Report and auditor's report as well as any newer information of relevance. If the service provider has valid reasons as to why he cannot provide the requested documentation, a guarantee from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirement, or alternative documentation in the form of, e.g., a statement from an auditor or financial institution that is suitable for fulfilling the documentation requirement, can be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The service provider shall have good implementation ability. The service provider shall give a principal description of the company's available resources related to the requested competence. Note: CV for each consultant shall not be enclosed under the qualification requirements, since this is emphasised under the award criteria, c.f. point 4.1. If joint venture partners or sub-providers are involved, a Commitment Statement must be enclosed.
