Vefsn kommune

Vefsn municipality would like to enter into a 4 year contract with an option for a unilateral extension for the contracting authority for 1+1 year for laboratory services for the municipality's water and sewage entity.
The requested services will be related to the analysis of samples from drinking water treatment, bathing water, sewage, public swimming pools and leachate.
The regular analyses are specified in Annex 2, price form.
Tenders shall be submitted in 5 price form. Tenderers may submit tenders on one or more price forms.

The company that carries out the sample taking, including conservation, shall be accredited for sample taking, or shall have an equivalent quality assurance system for sample taking that is approved by a qualified neutral body. The laboratory shall ensure accreditation of the site and personnel in accordance with Norsk Akkreditering. A copy of the certification is to be enclosed.
