Legally established company

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.

— The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.

— Tax Certificate for tax and VAT respectively, not more than 6 months old. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.

Foreign service providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

— The service provider shall enclose a HSE self-declaration.

— A signed HSE self-declaration not older than 6 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— The company's last 2 Financial Statements including notes, the board's annual Reports and audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

and/or

— An enclosed updated credit rating issued by a publicly certified credit rating company, which is based on the last known accounting figures, not older than 6 months.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipient.

— A statement of the provider's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years.

— A report of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment at the disposal of the tenderer for execution of the contract.

— Information of education and professional qualifications at the service provider and the company's administrative management, particularly for the or those person(s) responsible for providing the service.

— Documentation/statement of the service provider's quality assurance system or quality management system, as well as the service provider's HSE policy. Alternatively copies of the system certificate issued by accredited certification organisations or equivalent documentation can be submitted.

— Experience from similar contracts is required.

— Service providers are required to have sufficient capacity and suitable manpower available for the assignment and suitable equipment for the assignment.

— Good procedures and systems for the implementation of the contract.
