Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

K 01 Tax certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessments and paid tax and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

K 02 VAT certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their VAT statements and paid VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates for VAT must be provided for them as well.

K 03 HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they comply with the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding health, safety and environment. Documentation: A signed HSE self-declaration

K04 Legal capacity and conflict of interest — Requirement: Self-declaration describing the company's legal capacity related to our area of interest (CO2 processing). If the company has other customers within CO2 processing, as well as other cases where legal capacity problems can be identified, documentation of how this will be solved is to be enclosed.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K 05 Credit rating — Requirement: Tenderers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: Updated solidity assessment from an approved credit rating agency (Proff Forvalt or equivalent). The rating must provide information about the credit rating and/or the extent of any risk of bankruptcy.

K 06 Turnover for the last two years above 10 000 000 NOK per annum. Documented by the annual report or similar.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K 07 Oveview of the company's total manpower — Requirement: Minimum 15 employees of which a minimum of five employees are authorised accountants. Documented by the annual report or similar.

K 08 Quality assurance and project management system — Requirement: Tenderers shall document that they have a well-functioning quality assurance and project management system and they shall document membership in NARF.

K 09 Experience — Requirement: A description of three equivalent contracts in the last three years. State the name and value with a description of the contract and its length.
