Bergen municipality, the Department for nursery schools and schools (BBS) shall enter into a new hire agreement on Microsoft products and services which are currently in use by students and employees in BBS.
The agreement that shall be established is of the type Microsoft Campus 3, with a scope of level B (>2,000 licences)

Requirements: The tenderer should have his tax payments in order. Documentation: Tax Certificate, issued by the Tax office or the Tax Collection Office (form RF-1244). The Tax Certificate must not be issued more than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers are to provide certificates from the corresponding authorities in the countries where they are registered for tax. If the authorities in the respective countries do not issue such authorisation, the tenderer must present a self-declaration regarding whether there are arrears on taxes and if so, the amount of these. The self declaration must be signed.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT. Documentation: VAT certificate (Certificate for paid VAT issued by the Tax office or the Tax collector's office (form RF-1244)). The VAT certificate shall not be issued more than 6 months prior to deadline for receipt of tenders. Foreign tenderers are to provide certificates from the corresponding authorities in the countries where they are registered for tax. If the authorities in respective countries do not issue such authorisation, the tenderer must provide a self-declaration form regarding whether there are arrears on value-added tax and if so, the amount of this. The self declaration must be signed.
