The assignment comprises engineering design of Åstfjordbrua (Åstfjord Bridge), which has a length of 724 metres. The Bridge is in the preliminary project, an eight span steel box bridge in association with a concrete slab. The foundation for the bridge is planned as a combination of direct foundations and drilled and steel pipe piles to rock. A construction plan and the tender documentation (chapter D) shall be prepared in order to implement construction of Åstfjord bridge.

Åstfjord bridge is part of the project ‘County Road 714 Saghølen — Stormyra’ in Snillfjord kommune (municipality).
The Project ‘County Road 714 Saghølen — Stormyra’ has a cost framework of 1 300 000 000 NOK. and shall be built in the period 2017-2020 assuming approved toll application level two for County Road 714 Laksevegen.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have the the legal foundation necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations. The tenderer must be registered in a company register as prescribed in the country where the tenderer is established.
Company registration certificate (enclosed with the tender in Form G9).
A tax and VAT certificate shall be presented.
Similarly, all foreign tenderers must provide a certificate of having fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the laws of the country where they are established.
If one or several of the companies have not enclosed tax certificates, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the certificates.
Enclose the tax certificates (a tax certificate from the municipal treasurer, cf. G5, and a tax certificate from the tax collector cf. G6, respectively) with the tender in accordance with Form G1.
All Norwegian and foreign tenderers who will carry out work in Norway shall submit a HSE self-declaration. The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian.
If one or several of the companies has not submitted a HSE self-declaration, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the HSE self-declaration.
The form for the HSE self-declaration (cf. template G7) is to be enclosed in accordance with form G1.
