The assignment consists of engineering design services for Beitstadsund bridge, which is planned to be 580 m long. Beitstadsund bridge is a steel box bridge with a concrete cover over six spans. The bridge shall be founded on steel pipe piles to solid matter or rock. A construction plan and the tender documentation (chapter D) shall be prepared for the construction of Beitstadsund bridge.

The entire project involves the construction of a new county road 17 on the south side of Hjellbotn (8.8 km new road) and the construction of a new county road 720 from a new junction at Strømnestangen along Beitstadsundet to the centre of Malm (5.8 km new road).The project county roads 17 and 720 Dyrstad — Sprova — Malm has a financial limt of NOK 1 500 000 000 and it is to be construction in the period 2016-2019.The expected contract cost for Beitstadsund bridge is approx. Beitstadsund bridge is a part of the project ‘county roads 17 and 720 Dyrstad — Sprova — Malm’. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have the the legal foundation necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations. The tenderer must be registered in a company register as prescribed in the country where the tenderer is established.
Company registration certificate (enclosed with the tender in Form G9).
A tax and VAT certificate shall be presented.
Similarly, all foreign service providers must provide a certificate of having fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the laws of the country where they are established.
If one or several of the companies have not enclosed tax certificates, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the certificates.
Enclose the tax certificates (a tax certificate from the municipal treasurer, cf. G5, and a tax certificate from the tax collector cf. G6, respectively) with the tender in accordance with Form G1.
All Norwegian and foreign tenderers who will carry out work in Norway shall submit a HSE self-declaration. The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian.
If one or several of the companies has not submitted a HSE self-declaration, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the HSE self-declaration.
The form for the HSE self-declaration (cf. template G7) is to be enclosed in accordance with form G1.
