Norges Bank

The service provider shall provide services connected to the development and maintenance of internet and intranet based on EPiServer technology. This includes, amongst other things, preparation of technical specifications, design, development and testing of the system, code improvements, identification of error causes, correcting errors, maintenance of system documentation as well as consultancy services and proactive measures in order to ensure high quality and stability in the systems.

The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Documented by: A tax and VAT certificate issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration (must not be more than 6 months old).
These requirements also apply for sub-suppliers.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documented by: The company's most recent Annual Report, with annual financial statements and auditor's report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
If a tenderer has subsidiary companies or branches in Norway that can be used for the provision of the service, the annual accounts for these shall be enclosed separately.
Credit assessment/ rating based on the most recent financial figures. This shall be issued by a certified credit rating institution, and it shall not be older than 1 year.

— The tenderer must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to carry out the assignments.
Documented by: A description and documentation of the company's professional qualifications and competence within internet nad intranet systems based on EPiServer, cf. point 2.1 and 2.2 including;
— a description of the company's professional qualifications, experience and competence;
— relevant certificates;
— competence development of the company's personnel;
— The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to be able to carry out the assignment.

2) A description of the service provider's organisation and capacity within the provision of development and maintenance services for comparable systems based on EPiServer. Capacity here means the number of employees with relevant competence in the requested systems/technologies (any use of sub suppliers is to be stated separately).

3) Overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas in the last 3 years, with the following information:

1) Tenderers can use anonymous information for confidential provisions in contracts with customers.

5) The service provider shall confirm that he has the capacity to have resources present in Norges Bank's premises. This can be for individual days or for periods of varying lengths, as requested by Norges Bank.
