Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Certificate for Tax and VAT (RF-1316), which is not older than 6 (six) months when calculated from the tender deadline. The certificate can be ordered from Altinn.

HSE statement

Company Registration Certificate.

Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. (foreign companies).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit assessment/rating, not older than 1 year (or number of months), based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution, which confirms that the tenderer is credit worthy.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A company rating equivalent to Dunn & Bradstreet rating A will be sufficient for this contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Overview of the tenderer's organisation, including distribution and service systems, trade departments, specialists etc.

— Tenderers shall state which persons will be dedicated for follow-up of the contract, both for non-life insurance and for insurance of persons. (The names and any authorisations where required)

— Supervisory authority, certification from the supervisory authority in the EEA member country where the tenderer is established. (Concession)

— Tenderers shall enclose a list of two relevant contracts for non-life insurance and two for insurance of persons as documentation. The reference contracts shall be of an equivalent extent as the contracting authority's contract and aimed at the public sector. These contracts shall have been carried out during the last 3 years. The documentation shall include information on the value, date and recipient (name of the customer). Tenderers shall state the names and e-mail addresses of contact persons at the two most relevant references of the 2 x 2 contracts. References will be contacted if necessary.

The tenderer's valid certificate for quality management, e.g. ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Alternatively: The tenderer's internal documentation of quality of their services, dealing with deviations and continual improvement (quality handbook). Account of the company's quality assurance system and quality control system.
