Assistance with visual, editorial and consultancy services within graphical profile, communication and strategy

The purpose of the contract is the procurement of various visual, editorial and consultancy services, from idea to completed product. The contract also includes the procurement of film and video production services, including streaming for the agency.
The Norwegian Environment Agency would like to enter into four framework agreements with three service providers in each field. The award of individual assignments within the framework agreement will be made after mini competitions in accordance with the award criteria stated in point 2.
The contract shall give the Norwegian Environment Agency a flexible opportunity to get assistance when needed.
The contract is for 2 years with an option for an extension for up to 1 year at a time for 2 years.

Assistance with campaigns and strategy work, including assistance with major and minor assignments within mass communication and PR. For example, we can require services for the development and implementation of campaigns on various environmental themes. In addition we can also require assistance in developing strategies for various communication initiatives. We can also require simple PR assistance that can be used when there is a need for extra resources for major projects. This can, for example, be general consultancy services and support as well as consultancy services when handling crises. The assignment also includes the same type of assistance for the brand for Norway's national parks.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
The tax and VAT certificate shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
