Statens jernbanetilsyn

Statens jernbanetilsyn invite companies to a tender contest for a framework agreement for assistance for project management for the authority's annual safety seminars for the period 25.6.2015-30.11.2017. A permanent cooperation partner is wanted in order to facilitate and hold the seminar in a professional way, with high quality of professional content and practical implementation. We would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider.

The upper limit for the contract will be 1 600 000 NOK excluding VAT

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall have tax and VAT payments in order. (Tax certificate and VAT certificate)

The tenderer must be a legally established company. (Company Registration Certificate)

The tenderer shall have a functioning HSE system (a signed HSE self-declaration).

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. Documented by a credit rating of the tenderer, with an explanation of this, not older than three months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution, as well as a declaration on the company's turnover in the last three years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience and documented results from equivalent assignments (comparable entities) during the last three years.

Documented by a description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include the contract value, time frame and recipient (name, phone number and e-mail address of the reference person). Referees must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting relevance.

The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Documented by a general description of the tendering company, as well as a general account of the company's organisation and manpower, as well as the planned/calculated manpower for this assignment.
