The contract is for forest clearance on the stretch Steinkjer-Bodø in the period 2015-2018. The forest clearance shall be carried out by a combination of mechanical and manual labour. The mechanical part shall be carried out by a railbound/road machine with a mounted cutter that can reach 12 m out from the track. A team of 2 forest clearers will be used for the manual clearance. A width of 20 m shall be cleared, all the entrances and exits to subdrains and in all inside corners. The wood shall be felled in towards the track.
