Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet would like better knowledge of the extent that a good social background and events earlier in life can predict decisions on a reduced ability to work (a need for special or permanently adapted effort) in NAV. Furthermore the ministry would like to know more about the conditions that can be decisive for the further development of persons with a reduced ability to work. The intention is partly to develop better indicators, partly to get knowledge that can be used to target the policy better.

The contracting authority has the right to an option for any additional procurements in addition to the stated period and financial limit. An hourly rate for additional work must be stated. This is not subject to allocation.

Qualification requirement:

— Fulfilment of statutory requirements concerning health, safety and the environment.
Documentation requirement:
— A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations in relation to payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT.
