Agresso Assistance and maintenance agreement. The Norwegian National Rail Administration wishes to engage expertise in assistance to the ongoing operations, administration, maintenance and error corrections of the AGRESSO Business World. The Norwegian National Rail Administration also require assistance in upgrading, adaptation and further utilisation of Agresso. The assistance shall be available to the Norwegian National Rail Administration's operational provider and contribute to ensure a good interaction between the operational provider and the Provider. The agreement regulates the conditions for the delivery of maintenance and administration from the Provider to the Client in the Agresso modules, as well as associated products specified in the attachments. It is expected that user rights are procured and that an agreement has been entered into for user rights and maintenance of all modules and products included in this agreement.

The Norwegian National Rail Administration's requirements of the delivery The tenderer shall provide assistance, user support, error corrections and maintenance (functionally, layout), as well as special adaptation of the software in accordance with definition given in the attachments.
The Norwegian National Rail Administration has a separate operational agreement with an external provider. The operational agreement includes maintenance of the application operation of Agresso through their sub-provider Unit 4 Agresso.
The Maintenance and the administration part of the contract has separate requirements. The assistance part of the contract has separate requirements.
