Bybanen Utbygging needs a 3D/BIM coordinator for construction stage 4.
Assignments for the 3D/BIM coordinator:
— Be a central support for the follow-up of the ICT handbook as well as 3D/BIM models in the engineering design phase and the execution phase.
— Assist the contracting authority in the evaluation of the presented model systems from the supplier.
— When required, participate in ICT meetings with the supplier.
— Function as the builder's professional ICT manager.
— See to the contract's (Sentrum — Fyllingsdalen BT4) ICT requirements.
— Follow-up model production/progress/resource use from suppliers.
Tenderers are expected to have knowledge and experience of:
— Experience/knowledge of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Handbook V770.
— Experience/knowledge of technical railway equipment ‘Handbook in digital planning’ from the Norwegain National Rail Administration.
— Experience with the preparation of ICT handbooks.
— Experience with Statsbygg's BIM manual.
— Experience with the execution of BIM-projects.
— Experience with the establishment of collaboration models from infrastructure projects.
— Experience with the coordination of major multi-disciplinary information models.
— Understanding of the content in a multi-disciplinary information model and the use of this.
— Experience with setting requirements for BIM and preparing a BIM-manual.
— Experience with the use of a coordination tool, for example:
• Bentley Navigator;
• Autodesk Navisworks;
• Solbri Model Checker.
— Good knowledge of visualising large 3D models.
— Good knowledge in the use of a tool for modelling infrastructure (terrain, railway, road, water and sewage, landscape, geo).
— Good knowledge in the use of a tool for modelling buildings and engineering (buildings, electro, HVAC).
— Experience and good knowledge of putting 3D and BIM models together to a joint model from different software programmes and file formats (model production).
— Experience of connecting 3D models to a progress plan (4D) will be an advantage.
— Knowledge of the use of BIM for MOM (final documentation).
— Technical background from infrastructure projects.
We would like the assignment to be carried out in the period from September 2015 to approx. September 2021 with a possible option for a contract extension for a further 3 x 3 months.
The assignment is estimated to be an approx. 20-60 % position in the contract period. The job percentage will vary within the different phases of the project.
Most of the work will be in the first six months of the assignment, the detailed engineering design phase and when collecting tenders and the start-up of contracts.
After these periods there can be periods with a lower job percentage.
Bybanen Utbygging reserves the right to adjust the job percentage during the contract.
The person in question is not required to be permanently available at Bybanen Utbygging's offices, but the person in question must reckon on participating in meetings in our premises several times a week. It is a prerequisite that the person in question can participate in meetings in our premises at short notice, maximum 1 days notice.

Requirement: Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement: Tax Certificates which are not older than six months from the tender deadline. Tax certificates are defined as:
For Norwegian tenderers:
— Certificate for tax and VAT RF-1244 issued by the Tax Office (joint certificate — new scheme that came into being 1.10.2014).
Alternative a tax certificate and a VAT certificate.
For foreign tenderers:
— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Requirement: For work which shall be performed in Norway the tenderer must comply with the Norwegian HSE requirements.
Documentation requirement: — Filled in and signed HSE declaration in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations annex 2. Preferably use the attached template, see Annex 2.
Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers:
— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement: Tenderers shall follow the eight fundamental ILO conventions and there shall be continual systematic work to ensure that the company's sub suppliers comply with the requirements.
Documentation requirement: A signed self-declaration — The eight fundamental ILO conventions (the template in annex 3 can be used).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to comply with the contractual obligations.
The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the Board's and the auditor's reports from the last 2 years, 2013 and 2014.
The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from the credit rating company Experian. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
