The Contracting Authority seeks tenders for consultancy services linked to production work.
The purpose of the procurement is to have a framework agreement with a supplier so that the Contracting Authority can get consultancy services in short time, if needed.
The Contracting Authority requests consultancy services within the frilled of geographic information systems (GIS).
Ordering to the framework agreement will be subject to the amount allocated to the department in the annual funding from the government budget and any additional funds.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the agreement under the same conditions for 1 + 1 years so that the possible length of the agreement is 4 years.

The supplier must be properly organised in relation to tax and VAT payments.
Documentation requirement:
— Foreign suppliers must submit equivalent forms: the supplier must be a legally established enterprise.
— Norwegian companies: certificate of registration.
— Foreign companies: confirmation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed in law in the country in which the company is based.

Alternatively, a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited Certification Authority (or equivalent documentation) may be presented.
