a) Software and consultancy services for the implementation of a certified complete Noark 5 system, which can both function as a free-standing case archive system and which can be integrated with 1 or several trade systems.
b) Integrations with the entity's portal and other relevant trade systems in the entity.

A complete Noark 5 system shall be procured and implemented, which can both function as a free-standing case archive system and which can be integrated with one or several trade systems. The system shall have final certification from the National Archives of Norway as a complete Noark 5 system and it shall comply with the laws, regulations and requirements set by Statsbygg as a public entity. The system shall be integrated with Statsbygg's entity portal and other relevant trade systems in order to ensure efficient reuse of metadata and documents in the entity.The procurement includes software and consultancy services.Statsbygg currently has a case archive system based on DocuLine Noark plus.DocuLive was procured in the 1990's and has been upgraded several times.Other systems.Statsbygg has several system that the case archive system must cooperate with through standardised interface. The most important of these are:— MS Sharepoint 2013 — portal system;— EMC Documentum — document processing system;— Microsoft Office/Outlook;— Oracle Service BUS;— Microsoft Active Directory AD/FIM — Forefront Identity Management;— Agresso;— WebCruiter.The extent of the integration and the preparation of the interface will, to a certain degree, depend on the chosen system and will be concretised in the subsequent phases.
