Estimated value of call offs over a 4-year period, is in the order of 150 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.Historical call offs of previous agreement has been approx. 150 000 000 NOK during a 4 year period. However, this is expected to increase as UD is a new participant who wishes to enter into the agreement. Due to insufficient historical data, concrete result of the increase is difficult to estimate, but it is expected that the alteration will result in a considerable increase in volume of the agreement in view of the UD' (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) travel activities/service requirements.This is a non-binding estimate made in accordance with the contracting authority's best knowledge. The value of the call offs may be higher or lower depending on the total requirement during the contract period.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The agreement period is 2 years from the signing of the contract, with an option for up to 2 years prolongation, one year at a time.

The option also includes that the remaining sections of the Ministry Community and the Office of the Attorney General may enter into the agreement on identical conditions as the Ministry Community and other named ministries.

Documentation requirement:

— Tax certificate and VAT certificate not older than 6 months, issued by a competent authority, confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The tax certificates must be issued by the tax collection office in the municipality where the service provider has his head office and by the tax officer in the corresponding county,

— HSE declaration

— Legally established enterprise.

— Company Registration Certificate.

Qualification requirement:

— Economic and financial capacity to complete the contract, where a credit rating without a requirement for collateral will be sufficient.

Documentation requirement:

— A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit rating company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement:

— Environmental management measures. To ensure compliance with the contract's environmentally relevant requirements, the service provider must have the necessary procedures and systems for the goods and services sought.

Documentation requirement:

— An account of the existing routines documenting that the requirement concerning the environment management system have been met. If this is described in the company's quality - or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, the submission of a valid certificate will suffice.
