Complete core drilling of 4 holes.
The objective of the procurement is:
The delivery is a part of engineer geological pilot studies for the submarine section of a 15-16 km long tunnel on the new parcel for E 39 between Vik and Julbøen in Møre og Romsdal.
The extent of the agreement is:
Drilling of 4 holes with lengths between 1 200 and 1 900 metres from 3 different drilling locations, of which one of them (with 2 holes) is located on an island.

4 core drilling holes shall be used, with lengths of 1 500-2 000 metres. Considerations shall be taken in relation to local conditions at the drilling sites, such as soil conditions, access as well as preservation and landowner interests. Accessibility to necessary equipment and workplace must be partly developed on each location. Beside the actual foundation for machines, the terrain shall be spared for intervention. It is therefore recommended that a work platform is developed for the central working area. Separate supplies of water and power must be arranged, as well as the necessary facilities for the work crew.D 1.2 DrillingIn connection with core drilling the requirements regarding extent and execution stated in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's (Statens vegvesen) Manual R 211 – Chapter 15.255, shall be complied with.It is a condition that the drilling dimension NQ (outer diameter approx. 76 mm and core diameter approx. 48 mm) is used in connection with choice of machine and price. Alternative drilling diameter can be offered, as long as improved implementation safety is substantiated. D 1.2 Drilling
In connection with core drilling the requirements regarding extent and execution stated in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's (Statens vegvesen) Manual R 211 – Chapter 15.255, shall be complied with.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and charges. The tenderers shall enclose 2 certificates:
1. Certificate issued by the tax collector or municipal cashier (tax, preliminary tax, attachment of earnings and employer contributions).
2. Certificate from the tax office in the region concerned (VAT).
Norwegian companies: These certificates shall be as recent as possible and not older than 6 months old from the tender deadline. Both certificates shall be designated RF-1244 and be determined by the Directorate of Taxes.
Foreign companies: In the case of foreign suppliers, certificates shall be presented which document the fact that the tenderer has met it's obligations concerning the payment of tax and duties.

The statement shall be signed by the general manager and a representative of the employees.
The tenderers shall have a quality assurance system equivalent to ISO 9001, possibly in the form of procedures and inspection routines that are incorporated to ensure equivalent quality assurance for the key operations that are included in the offered work. — Documentation of certification, or presentation of an adapted QA system.

Where the tenderer is dependent on other service providers in order to qualify, a declaration of joint and several liability to the Contracting Authority and third parties must be submitted with the tender. Furthermore, each individual participating company in the working partnership must provide information on their company as is required in the tender documentation. Working partnerships will be assessed collectively for all eligibility requirements except HSE. Each participant will be individually assessed for HSE.

The tenderers shall have the economic and financial capacity relevant for fulfilling the assignment. As a starting point, the annual turnover ought to be a minimum of approx. 3 x the tender's economic extent, and the company ought to have a financial rating of minimum class A.

— References from at least 3 equivalent assignments.
— A description of the equipment and capacity for supplements and maintenance. References from the use of equivalent equipment.

— Tenderers shall have experience in the execution of equivalent work.
Tenderers shall have, or prove access to, equipment with back-up, which is suitable for the assignment. This includes at least:
— 2 drilling machines particularly suitable for long drilling holes and
— core catcher equipment for minimum series N with wire-line.
