Procurement of a framework agreement for adapting and keeping map data up to date

The Directorate for Emergency Communication (DNK) is under the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (JD). DNK is responsible for the development of a nationwide joint digital radio communication ('Emergency Network'), and will administer and own the Emergency Network when it is complete. DNK is, amongst other things, responsible for following up the contracts with service provider(s) and contracts with the users. BDO (Branns Driftsorganisasjon) is a part of DNK that operates the Emergency Network equipment at the 110-call centres. BDO will be the contracting authority and contract partner in the contract. BDO is located in Moss, Østfold.
DNK has a need for access to relevant and adapted maps that are used in the country's 110-call centres and hereby invites tenderers to submit tenders for a framework agreement for adapting and keeping map data up to date for searches at each 110-call centre. DNK will enter into a framework agreement with one service provider for 2 years with an option for an extension in accordance with the procurement regulations' provisions. The final contract will be the Government's Standard Procurement Contract (SSA-K) where the competition documents attached to this competition notice will be included in the relevant annexes.

A further annex to the competition documents will be published 'Sub annex 3 - specifications Emergency Network Gazetteer Creation Manual' at the latest 20.6.2014.
