This notice is for a prequalification for the development of the E6 on the stretch Korgen - Bolna.
The development shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.
The contract form is mentioned as a road development project and will include engineering design services, construction, operation and maintenance of the E6 between Korgen and Bolna in Nordland county
In Prop. 55 S (2013-2014) the development and financing of the E6 on the stretch Korgen - Bolna in Hemnes and Rana municipalities in Nordland county is discussed.
The distance from Korgen to Bolna is 125 km, 10 lots shall be developed with a total of 61.9 km. A total of 8 bridges shall be constructed for the E6, 1 overpass and 4 culverts. A 625 m long tunnel shall be constructed north of Mo i Rana. The construction works also include water and sewage installations, drainage of road and side roads, electro works and the necessary control systems. In addition there will be temporary systems for traffic flow for the E6 and the adjoining road network.
The contractor will also be responsible for operations and maintenance of the E6 on the stretch Korgen - Bolna and on the E12, with side arms, a total of approx. 170 km.
The contract period is 15 years.
A pre-qualification shall be held that shall form the basis for the competition.
The competition will be carried out as a competitive dialogue, in which the developer will invite up to 4 contractors to participate in the dialogue phase.
