Pipetting robot for extraction and distribution of samples

Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF (UNN) at Avdeling for Laboratoriemedisin invites tenders for 1 unitpipetting robot for the follow purpose:
— Extraction of the body's own and foreign compounds from body fluids.
— Pipetting of samples to and from 96 well plates to and from test tubes (5-16 mm diameter, 1 – 10 cm high).
— Distribution of samples to biobank purposes.Distributed also to matrix tubes (preferably 1.0 og 0.5 ml) with reading of matrix codes and «sample tracking».
Tenderers shall specify the size of the offered extractor and pipetting robot. The width of the instrument must not exceed 2.5 metres.
Computer with a minimum 24 inch flat monitor, management software and programming and management of the different pipetting steps, shall be included in the tender.
Expected number of analysis peryear is approximately 50 000.The given number is without obligation.
The tender shall include education in the programming of scripts which as a minimum cover:
set up of two extraction methods;
a sample allocation method for biobank purposes with export of report.
