Pavilions — Commercial area

This contract 72713, includes detailed engineering design, production and installation of pavilions in the Terminal's departure area, in the central commercial area of the Airport.
Contract 7213 mainly includes the following informative services:
— Supplier engineering design with 3D systems based on the existing data model (Rhino 3D + Grasshopper + T-Splines),
— Systems with adjoining elements and technical plants,
— Manufacturing of pavilions with double curved light weight structures,
— The six pavilions covers a total area of approx. 1 600 m²,
— Transport to, and installation in the departure hall at Oslo Airport,
— Internal partition walls,
— Conveyance path for technical installations,
— Internal cladding with finished surface.
The works are mainly executed at a security controlled area in the terminal.
The pavilions shall have high quality, in design and execution They shall contribute to the branding of the Airport and shall give the passengers a pleasant experience.
The surface shall be smooth and continuous and allow a shiny surface without revealing unevenness.
The pavilions shall endure wear and tear from passenger traffic, operation and maintenance without being considerable deteriorated.
This contract has an interface to the existing Central building facing east and the recently built Pier facing north.
The installation shall be executed on a finished floor space
The floor is constructed with concrete elements with an elevated installation floor for technical conveyance paths.
The installation floor has loops with water-borne heating
The floor has limited load bearing capacity, thus limitation in relation to the weight of the pavilions
which influence the execution and general interface to normal traffic management and operation of Oslo Airport.
Sections of the pavilions shall comply with the E160 fire requirements and shall have connection to a fire curtain which is the fire section partition at the airport.
