OTC is the oil and gas branch's largest trade fair that is held in Houston each year. Innovasjon Norge would like to profile and make Norwegian companies visible on a joint Norwegian pavilion.
The stand is approx. 950 m² + a 2nd floor of approx. 250 m². The purpose of the stand is to promote Norwegian companies and their technology in a clear and straightforward way.
Innovasjon Norge would like to enter into a framework agreement with a stand contractor who can design and build the stand.
More information about the procurement is given in Appendix no. 1 'Requirement Specification'.
The upper annual limit for the assignment is set to NOK 4 200 000.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority shall have an option to extend the contract on the sam terms for 1 + 1 year, a maximum 4-year total duration for the contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The contractor shall have settled conditions regarding:
— Tax payment; and
— VAT payment;
Note that tax certificate and VAT certificate are issued as two different forms.
None of the certificates should be older than 6 months.
Foreign contractors must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
The contractor must have a functioning HSE system.
— HSE self-declaration.
The contractor shall be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the contractor is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. A rating should be performed by a publicly approved credit rating agency and should not be worse than D&B rating A, or the equivalent.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contractor shall have experience from a minimum of 3 equivalent contracts during the last three years. The contractor must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past 3 years, including information on value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will only be contacted if necessary.

Overview of available resources for the assignment, including an overview of CVs with a description of formal education and work experience for all resources that can be relevant for the assignment.
