FAVEO Prosjektledelse

A new middle school for 540 pupils is to be built in Røstad in Levanger municipality.
The building consists of two floors, about 6 700m2 gross floor area.
In addition, parking, access road and an outdoor area directly adjacent to the new middle school are intended.
An architectural competition with an accompanying outdoor situation has been held.
The winners of this competition, Div.A architects, and landscape architects Bjørbekk Lindheim, will be engaged by the contractor. See the attached offer from the two companies, which will be sent to the winner of the turnkey contract.
The entire area will be made available to the turnkey contractor throughout the construction period.
The project is organized as a turnkey with interaction.
