Antall eller omfang:
Provide assistance in development of the concept and the actual arrangement: The selected provider shall, when it comes to arrangements with high innovation degree, participate in meetings arranged by the Contracting Authority, but also arrange own meetings which is a part of the concept development.Provide assistance in organising practical preparations: The selected provider is responsible for coordination and cooperation with sub providers Relevant sub providers with established framework agreements with the Contracting Authority shall be used.— Executing the arrangement: An important part of the assignment may be assistance in professional execution of the actual assignment This includes that everything from lecturers to technics and stage shall be a part of the overall execution plan.— Choosing premises: Many of the meetings/conferences will be held in the Contracting Authority's own premises with room for 200 guests, located at Lysaker When it is suitable to hold the arrangements at other locations, assistance for hiring and organising in other appropriate premises shall be included in the agreement.See the tender documents.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise.
Documented by:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the service provider is established.
2) The service provider must have a functioning HSE system.
HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
Documented by:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway also wishes to be able to obtain its own credit assessment where appropriate.

The service provider's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The service provider must have very good implementation ability and capacity to carry out the requested services.
2) A good and effective quality assurance system is required.
Documented by:
A brief description of the service provider's implementation ability (for relevant/comparable assignments) and capacity shall be attached.
Statement of the company's routines in relation to quality assurance.
