The contracts shall cover the contracting authority's needs in the contract period. Both contracts will be valid from 6.12.2014 for one year. The contracting authority has an option for a further three years extension, with one year at a time, so that the contract can run for a maximum of four years from 6.12.2014.The contracts are estimated to have a total annual value of between 5 and 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This non-binding estimate is based on experiences in previous years and expected future activity. The amount can be both higher and lower, depending on the total need through the contract period, and there is no obligation to buy.The contracts are generally subject to the Norwegian parliament's grants in the contract period, as well as the start-up date of major projects for, amongst other things, the new Government quarter.
