Gratangen kommune shall build up fibre internet at chosen areas in the municipality. The area has approx 350 active households, as well as businesses mainly connected to tourism, aquaculture and agriculture.
We want offers within two part projects where the individual tenderer can choose to enter offers on one or both sub-projects. The goal is establishment of the net during 2014 and 2015.
The agreement is a contract for establishing of fibre networks and/or content services.

Tenderers can choose to submit tenders on one or all sub requests below.Gratangen kommune shall build up fibre in the areas that do not currently have fibre coverage The planned development area is as follows:a. Årstein to Selnes/Svarthammeren (Nordskiveien) until the last settlement before the border to Lavangen.b. Hilleshamn area on the south side of the Gratangs fjord.c. Årstein to Gratangsbotn and further in the circle Fjordbotn-Fjordbotnmarka-Storfossen and back to Elvenes.d. Storfossen to Kvernmobygda.e. Storfossen to Øse and the Vassøse area.The planned internet will altogether be 53 km long. The development will included a total of 475 households and businesses. Gratangsbotn school and Nord-Gratangen school/early learning centre will also be included in the development. An estimated 350 subscribers have been calculated.An inventory of 526 light poles was taken on the stretch, owned by local road lighting team. It is desirable to use these. Approximately 428 light poles are missing. This means that light poles must be built on these stretches, alternatively use low voltage poles/22kW with use of applicable joint routing agreement.
