Småpudden foot and cycle path bridge consists of a new bridge over Damsgårdsundet. The bridge is a part of Bergen municipality's lift to the area and it will ensure better access between Løvstakksiden and the centre of Bergen.
The bridge manages, with the help of a z like layout, to combine a free sailing height, incline conditions and landing near the quay front.

Tax certificate requirement, § 8-7 / § 17-14, cf. § 3-3.

All Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a tax certificate and VAT certificate in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-7 / § 17-14.

Equivalently, all foreign tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall enclose a VAT certificate and tax certificate. The Public Procurement Regulations § 8-7 / § 17-14 apply accordingly.

HSE self-declaration requirement, § 8-8 / § 17-15, cf. § 3-4.

Tenderers shall enclose an HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-8 / § 17-15, cf. § 3-4.

The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian.

Working partnership: Statement of joint and several liability.

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant. Cf. Chapter E2, point 4.3.1, form E2-4.3.1.

Documentation of any significant changes to the tenderer's equity and solvency compared to the last accounts audit must accompany the tender.

Ability to fulfil the contract - the tenderer's turnover.

The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Cf. Chapter E2, point 4.4.1, form E2-4.4.1.

Documentation requirement:

Documentation of turnover for the last three years should accompany the offer, Cf. Chapter E2, point 4.4.1, form E2-4.4.1.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Expertise of key persons.

Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Cf. Chapter E2, point 4.4.2, form E2-4.4.2.

Organisation.

It is a requirement that the organisation of the execution of the contract is sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer has the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract.

Documentation requirement:

A statement of how the tenderer will organise the execution of the contract should be presented with the tender.
