E6 Trofors centre – Vegset

The detailed regulation for the E6 Brattåsen-Lien in Grane municipality in Nordland was adopted 20.05.14. The aim of the plan is to allow for the construction of a new E6 on a 15 km long stretch, as well as necessary measures in the municipal centre Trofors. The detailed regulation involves moving the E6 from the east to the west side of the valley past the municipal centre.
This assignment is for engineering design services for the following regulated measures in the populated area:
— new approach road to Trofors
— upgrading streets and squares in the centre
— upgrading the foot/cycle path network along the county road through central parts of the populated area.
— changing/altering the relief road – existing E6 in the populated area, in particular at the junctions at Aspneset (Esso) and Vegset (Trixie).
Based on the adopted detailed regulation with the accompanying plan description, plan map, provisions and drawings, the assignment consists of:
— preparing the tender documents chapters D1 and D2 in accordance with HB 066 including:
– drawings
– overview of amounts
– written description
The tender documents shall form the basis for the contract with the contractor and the detailed cost calculation.
In order to describe the extent of the assignments included in these engineering design services, the plan area is divided into zones, cf. the map and table in chapter E.
As the description will state, the amount and complexity of the engineering design services will vary for different parts of the populated place. For some of the areas (the zones) the engineering design services will be divided into two phases:
1 Preliminary project (zones 1, 2 and 5).
2 Main project/tender documents (zones 1-5).
A detailed description of the assignments included in the different zones in the populated place is in chapter E below.
All the engineering design services shall be model based in accordance with handbooks 138 and 139.
