Tax Certificate for respectively tax and VAT, not older than 6 months. Foreign suppliers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

The company's last annual Financial Statement including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
The contracting authority reserves the right to, of their own initiative, gather credit assessments.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) A statement of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years.
2) List of and a short description of the most comparable deliveries in the last three years, including information on
a. the delivery's value
b. delivery date.
c. name of the public or private recipient (the customer)
d. the type of work at the customer where the delivery is used
e. what standard software is used in the delivery.
2) Documentation of Noark 5 certification for the relevant standard software.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Suppliers shall have carried out several comparable deliveries of IT systems for electronic case handling, archive and document handling in the last three years. The deliveries shall be based on standard software that follows the Noark 5 standard.
