Requirement to submit a self-declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement)
Company Certificate
Companies being established must submit a foundation document.
Tax certificate (not older than 6 months).
VAT certificate (not older than 6 months).
Foreign tenderers shall provide authorisation(s) for statutory registration in the country where the company is established.

Statement of the company's turnover for the last few years, with relevance to this contract.
Approved financial statements and auditor's report for the last 3 financial years.
Newly established enterprises must submit appropriate documentation such as the opening balance and guarantee from a bank or parent company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with names and CVs of key personnel who will carry out the assignment (applies to service contracts and works contracts).
The company's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including their value, time and recipient (applies to supplies and services contracts).
A list of the tenderer's dedicated two-person customer team (with associated CV) must be attached.
