A new building shall be construction emergency power unit at the hospital in Lofoten, more specifically Gravdal. The building itself is being done by another contractor in it's own competition. In this competition we shall therefore hold a competition for production and procurement/installation of the unit itself in accordance with the attached documentation and requirements. We have one alternative and one option in the competition. In the evaluation we will decide to purchase of the primary procurement one unit, or alternative 1 which is 2 units. If we should choose alternative 1, it will be done immediately and means the simultaneous purchase of two units. Then option 1 falls away. If we do not utilise alternative 1, this option falls away and we will then procure the primary delivery and release option 1 during the 4 year period from contract signing as needed.
