At its Pilestredet 32 address, Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA), seeks equip its simulation ward with patient simulators for instructional purposes. The simulation ward rooms will be equipped with audio-visual equipment. An ability is required to be able to communicate with people in the rooms having patient simulators from a control room. Those in the control room must have the possibility of controlling the patient simulators. AV equipment must be able to be run simultaneously with data from the patient simulators. The ability to stream teaching situations is required.

Provide a brief and general description of the company's ability to deliver in terms of this contract.The following should be described:
— A general description of how the tenderer is organized for the implementation of such assignment – from the call for tenders and all the way through the installation
— A general description of the procedure for deliveries and assembly of a similar system as the one HiOA has requested and your expertise in the various parts of the 'delivery and assembly chain'
— A description of how the tenderer systematises and works to ensure quality in the organisation's various areas.Factors that should be included in this description include:
* The company's policy in this area and how it is monitored
* Procedures for handling and following up problems and unforeseen events, especially the delivery of the type this competition demands
* Documentation of ISO 9001/2008 certification will be considered as meeting this last subsection of a quality assurance system.
— Requirements: Good experience in similar projects / deliveries.
At least one corresponding delivery in the last 2 years.The delivery must have included both patient simulators and AV equipment that can be coordinated.
The overview/description shall include as a minimum:
— What was delivered
— Where it was delivered
— When it was delivered
— The tenderer's comments on how the any unforeseen challenges to the delivery were dealt with and a description of what these were
— Name and telephone number of a contact person for that client (The contracting authority requires the ability to contact the sponsor).
