The Town Environment Department shall procure contractors to construct a street terminal for Stovner underground station and Linjeparken, as well as alterations to the existing road network. The Town Environment Department shall procure contractors to construct a street terminal for Stovner underground station and Linjeparken, as well as alterations to the existing road network. The project consists of altering the existing road outside the Stovner centre, constructing a street terminal i Fossumveien, as well as developing Linjeparken, which is one of 4 district parks in Groruddalen. A foot/cycle path shall be established along Fossumveien's east side, which shall supplement the adjoining foot/cycle path network. A minor square shall also be established in front of the main entrance to Stovner centre. The total area of the park, road system, street terminal, square and foot/cycle path is 37.5 decares. As information, Stovner centre is planning an alteration to the centre, which includes extending the centre, stairs and a square in front of the main entrance and a footpath between our square and Stovner centre square. Stovner centre has a tentative start-up in February 2015 and shall tentatively finish at the end of 2016, i.e. development parallel with Oslo municipality's project, street terminal Stovner underground station and Linjeparken. Site traffic must be expected to/from the Stovner centre's development on our areas as this is the only access to Stovner centre's development area. This will involve coordination between our contractors and Stovner centre's contractors. For a more detailed description of the assignment, see the tender documentation and all annexes.
