Tax certificates:

Tenderers shall not have significant tax arrears.

SHA self-declaration:

Tenderers shall have a functioning SHA system and document that all the legal requirements in Norway within safety, health and working environment (SHA) are fulfilled or will be fulfilled upon award of contract.

Company registration certificate:

Tenderers shall document that they are a legaly registered company.

Public certification:

Tenderers shall be authorised/certified by the authorities within the representative professions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures

-Confirm that the company is not in debt or bankruptcy negotiations, cf. the tender documents Annex F Statement

-The credit worthiness that will be the basis for qualification for this competition is not lower than "credit worthy" (equivalent to A at AAA Soliditet).

When assessing the above the awarding authority will use Ravnifo.no/Soliditet.

The awarding authority will obtain a credit rating as the basis for the above assessment. This will be obtained after the deadline for receipt of tenders and on the same day for all tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Sufficient financial ability (solidity) to fulfil the contract obligations is required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(2) Other documentation required (please state below)

-An overview and documentation of capacity, professional and technical qualifications are to be enclosed.

-Give an overivew of personnel or departments that the service provider can use whether they belong the company or not.

-The annual turnover within the field.

-An account of the quality assurance system/quality control system.

-If this is described in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent third party verfied system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.

Tenderers must be able to document sufficient capacity by the number of employees within the field and the annual turnover within the field compared to the contract's annual value.

Service providers shall have a well functioning quality assurance system/control system.
