he assignment/delivery involves a user friendly and web based interaction system and storage medium where the objective is to ensure accessibility of information and reliable and traceable documentation of all correspondence between all parties working with the project as well as other interested parties with access.
Typical are ordinary office files, considerable amount of drafts in various format, pictures and ifc files (BIM). See the attached service specification. Numbers of users are up to 300 but may vary and shall easily be added to or withdrawn from the system (locked) by Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority.
The costs shall be based on price per active user per month and storage place with a price per GB per month. The expected requirement is from 40-50 GB. Start-up documentation may have a requirement of approx. 20 GB.
Transferring the start up documentation from the existing web hotel to a new system is included in the set up and establishment costs. Active users as well as utilized storage at the beginning of a month are the basis for cost accounting for the same month.
Any additional costs for set up of the web hotel, the interaction tool are to be considered non-recurring expenses and shall be priced thereof.
Training the project participant in using the system is additional and shall be priced as cost per hour. Education of users and super users.
Help desk function shall also be included in the tender.

Brief presentation of relevant references the previous years, maximum three projects.
Each project shall contain information of:
- Type of project.
- The size of the projects and number of users.
- Date of delivery.
- Typical functions and assignments solved by using the tool.
Brief description of resources at the tenderer's disposal. This includes own organisation and partners, if any, involved in operation of the proposed service.
