Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

As documentation, the Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes services from Experian). The tenderer must as a minimum achieve a score as “worthy of credit”.

The tenderer is expected to be familiar with registered information of the company and when submitting the tender, consent to gathering information and that this is emphasised in connection with assessment of the tenderer's financial conditions.

If the requirements related to financial ability and implementation of contract are not feasible through the credit appraisal described above, the tenderer may enclose with the tender other documentation that substantiates that the financial ability is sufficient.

If the Awarding Authority's credit information of each company is lacking credit appraisal, the Awarding Authority will cover the documentation requirements in other ways, either by assessing the financial ability as sufficient based on other information from the Experian system or by gathering other information.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial ability to implement the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

In order to substantiate the above listed requirements, the tender shall include a list of relevant project executed the previous 3 years. The tender shall also include an overview of manpower for this assignment with CVs for key personnel expected to execute the assignment.

Experience from corresponding projects is required. Good implementation ability shall be substantiated. The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and competence to meet the requirements related to implementation of the assignment.
